SCHEDULE OF ITEMS

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from director (Logistics) - Supplies and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 09.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. on weekdays except public and government holidays.  

Qualifications requirements include: All Bidders shall possess legal rights to supply the Goods, A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest, and Bidder's name shall not be included in list of debarred firms at the website of National Procurement Agency. A margin of preference for eligible locally produced goods offered shall not be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.  

Bids must be delivered to the Accountant - Logistics, 2 nd Floor, Police Headquarters, Colombo 01, at or before 02.00 P.M. on dates mentioned in the Schedule under the above paragraph No. 1. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend in    person on - line at the above address at 02.00 P.M. on dates mentioned in the Schedule under paragraph 1. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid - Security.
