A Reverse Osmosis plant declared open by DIG Vanni Range PDF Print

With the idea of preventing the chronic kidney disease prevailing in Mullativu, a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration Systems installed at the premises of the Mullativu Police Station was declared open under the leadership of DIG in Charge of Vanni Range, Mr. Deshabandu Thennakoon on 10th January 2017 with the support of the  Presidential Task Force on Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease.

Technical support and contribution of labour for the installation of Water Filtration Systems had been provided by the officers of the Sri Lankan Navy. Many people including the Vanni District Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease, Mr. Chaminda Preethi Wiraj Waasala and  Officer in Charge of the Mullativu Division, SP. Mr. I.W.G.R. Kandewaththa participated in this occasion.
