The certificate award ceremony for the police officers who had successfully completed the training course on Public Relations for the High Ranking Police Officers conducted by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of University of Sri Jayawardhanapura in collaboration with Sri Lanka Police was held on 28th January, 2013 at the Auditorium of the Criminal Records Division at Torrington, Colombo 07.
