A Russian national who smuggled the narcotic, kush into the country was arrested

A team of officers from the Police Narcotics Bureau, Katunayake Airport Unit conducted a raid on 23.12.2024 and arrested a suspect who had brought 01 kg 50 grams of the narcotic, kush into the country from a foreign country.

The suspect who was arrested is a 34-year-old Russian national. The Police Narcotics Bureau, Katunayake Airport Unit is conducting further investigations.
