A Large-Scale Liquor Smuggling Operation on the Border of Kotugoda Dadugangoya has Been Raided

The officers of Bemmulla Police Station raided a large-scale illegal liquor trade on the border of the Dadugangoya River through the middle of Minuwangoda’s Katu Goda area and seized 31140 liters of Goda in 173 barrels on 07.01.2025.  

 At the time of the raid, no one was present at the place and two suspects residing in Jaela Ekala area, where the racket was being carried out, have been identified and police investigations are underway to arrest them.
