Four individuals, including a woman, arrested for aiding and abetting the Gandara shooting incident

A female suspect and three male suspects were arrested by the Gandara Police Station on 22.03.2025 in connection with the crime of shooting and killing two people, who were riding a motorcycle near the junction that leads towards Sinhasana Road in the Gandara Police Area on the night of 21.03.2025, by an unknown group of people who arrived in a van.

It has been revealed through the ongoing investigations conducted by the Gandara Police Station that these three suspects and the female suspect, aged between 23 and 46, residing at Gandara and Devinuwara, had aided and abetted the double homicide.

Several investigation teams have been deployed to make the prompt arrest of the main suspects, including the shooters who are absconding.
