Bilateral meeting with the Maldivian Commissioner of Police

The Commissioner of Police of the Maldives, Mr Ismail Naveen visited the Police Headquarters on the 15.07.2025 and met the Acting Inspector General of Police, Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Priyantha Weerasooriya, and engaged in a special discussion to enhance cooperation in the police service between the two countries.

Police Headquarters had taken steps to respectfully welcome the group including the Commissioner and at the end of the meeting, the IGP presented a commemorative plaque to the group including the Commissioner, commemorating the meeting.
