Recruitment of 100 Lawyers to the Post of Assistant Superintendent of Police

A notification has been issued calling for applications to recruit 100 qualified lawyers to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Police (Legal Officers), in accordance with Government Gazette No. 2477 dated 20.02.2026. The deadline for submission of applications has been extended until 20.04.2026, as announced in Government Gazette No. 2482 dated 27.03.2026.

Prospective applicants are required to duly complete the prescribed application form and forward it via registered post to the following address on or before 20.04.2026: Director, Police Recruitment Division No. 375, Sri Sambuddha Jayanthi Mawatha, Colombo 06.
