Opening of the renovated Children and Women’s Bureau of Ginigathhena Police Station

The renovated Children and Women’s Bureau at Ginigathhena Police Station was opened on 08.03.2025 under the supervision of Hatton Superintendent of Police Pradeep Weerasekara of Hatton Division.

The OICs of Ginigathhena, Norton Bridge and Polpitiya police stations and the OICs of the Children and Women’s Bureau also participated. On that occasion, stationary were distributed among 10 school children in the division and a brave woman was recognized on Women’s Day.
