The Avurudu Fair was held by the Police Seva Vanitha Sub-Unit

The Police Seva Vanitha Sub-Unit organized an Avurudu Fair with about 35 stalls to celebrate the Sinhala and Hindu New Year 2025 on 10.04.2025 from 0900 am to 0400 pm at the Police Headquarters premises under the patronage of the Chairperson of the Seva Vanitha Mother Unit, Mrs. Nilmini Samaratunga. 

The opportunity has been provided to officers serving in the Sri Lanka Police to obtain ready-made clothing and food items needed during the festive season at subsidized prices.

The Chairperson of the Police Headquarters Seva Vanitha Sub-Unit, Deputy Inspector General of Police Nishani Seneviratne, its Secretary, Inspector General of Police Nimali Fonseka, and many committee members of the Police Seva Vanitha Sub-Unit participated in this event.
